Content rights and platform rules are separate
A video can include material owned by different people, such as music, footage and graphics. Permission from the uploader may not cover every part of it. Platform terms can also restrict downloads and automated access independently of copyright.
These guidelines do not grant permission, guarantee legality in your location or override a source platform’s terms. Check the official download and export options first.
What this tool does
LinkSave prepares compatible MP4 files from supported individual public videos, Reels and Shorts when accessible. It checks the video and audio and shows the actual file details. Current video limits are 10 minutes and 200 MB. Accessible Facebook and Instagram photos and photo-only posts are also supported, up to 20 images, 25 MB each and 200 MB total.
Sharing a post with a QR code
Create QR encodes a supported post link as PNG or SVG. Scanning it opens the original post; it does not download media, change the post’s audience or establish reuse rights. Check the destination before sharing or printing a code.
What it does not provide
- Access to private accounts, paid content, login-restricted posts or DRM-protected media.
- Social account credentials, bulk profile downloads, playlists or live-stream capture.
- Mixed photo/video galleries, whole albums, standalone MP3 conversion or watermark removal.
- Permission to repost, distribute or commercially reuse someone else’s work.
